Konig Ampliform 19x10 +28

Hey gang! Just wanted to post up some pics of the new wheels I picked up for my 2015 F80. Currently only in the test fit phase right but I'm pretty pumped about this new budget oriented flow formed wheel from Konig! They look friggin awesome with Sakhir Orange.

Specs: 19x10 +28, ~22lbs Flow Formed BMW Hubcentric

Currently fitting 285/35/19 RE71R's on them since I plan to use these once Time Attack season starts in the Spring. Fitment looks pretty solid in the back so far but I know things are going to be tight up front. I was able to mount the wheel and there was maybe 4mm of space between the wheel lip and strut. I'm waiting on a set of Bimmerworld 5mm spacers to come in before I even attempt to mount things up there.

Got a chance to get a wheel mounted on the front before the 5mm spacers came in. Still have the stock EDC dampers without any HAS kit installed and things were pretty tight as I had assumed on the front strut. I could get the wheel mounted and it would spin but it was extremely close to the bottom of the factory spring perch, maybe like 1.5mm of clearance lol, but decided to back it out of the driveway and take some pictures. Think I'll wait to till the spacers come in before I take it out on the road.

Looks awesome! Thanks for the pics too. If you do a HAS kit watch out because the spring perch will change position and may require you to run a slightly thicker spacer. Looking forward to more updates!

I think I'm probably going to go with the Ground Control HAS kit, it looks like it takes up a little less space than the others.

Running a 275/35/19 Blizzak LM32 square setup on these wheels for the winter with a 5mm spacer on the front, clearance is much better than with the 285 RE71R on stock EDC suspension. Don't usually get the car out much during winter but figured getting actual snow tires will guarantee a snow free winter in Pittsburgh lol.

Nice, let's see that square setup. That's likely going to be my new setup this coming spring (obviously not in winter tire format).

Thanks for sharing. I am earmarking these.

Great price, lightweight, solid wheel choice.
