Don't like the sound, they are coming off. Will ship at your expense. PM serious inquires only. Pics upon request.

Pics added. I've also included a set of stainless steel hex bolts which are slightly longer than the factory ones along with stainless steel matching 2mm spacers because no matter what, it's going to smack into that F brace or rattle against it somewhat without shimming it.

That was fast lol. Just out of curiosity, how was the sound? I have a single AA mid and was thinking about upgrading but I see some people taking them off and selling so quick. Are they over hyped? I love the sound of my single.

Sound is super nice and clean in the upper RPM range but in normal driving conditions I didn't care for it's metallic and buzzy characteristics. It's also more restrictive. I feel a little bit of 'congestion' in the higher RPM ranges, dyno averages confirmed that as well.

Good to know, thanks! Will not be ordering and will stay with the single.

I'm also going back to that route. It's all subjective. 9/10 folks who hear my F82 think it's the most glorious sounding combo they ever heard but we all have different ears.

Good choice! I'm looking for a good muffler to pair to my single like dinan or Remus but even on my stock ZCP rear it sounds super aggressive on revs and pops

I was very satisfied with my stock ZCP muffler for the first 2 years but the sound the Remus provides is like no other and it's thundery unique tone was a must have for me. I tuned off active sound (which also means burbles) but I can tell you the factory/custom tuned popcorn sounds great with the AA single midpipe + ZCP or Remus combo.

Ran a single midpipe along with the original three can AA axle for about five years. Maybe it was because of the three can muffler, but the exhaust noise wasn't that loud. It was very clean, smooth, but lacked character. Switched to AA EL + MPE and the sound is glorious! EL completely changes the sound and character of the car. The car screams now especially when you rev it out to redline. It feels like a new car all over again. The EL is definitely one of my favorite mods to the car.

Thanks for the feedback jay. Do you have any sound clips of the current setup with the mpe? Does EL bolt right up to it or do you need custom pieces made?

Unfortunately, I do not have any soundclips, but you can find quite a few online. I am running MPE + EL Resonated + HFC. IMO, I think this is the perfect combination for our cars. It is quite loud when you step on it but can be tame as well if you drive normally. I couldn't be happier. As for bolting it up, you do need to chop a portion of the MPE midpipe. Luckily, I bought the MPE + AA EL off a forum member where the MPE was already ready to bolt up to it.

Here are some clips I saw that made me pull the trigger:

The last video below is probably the closest to my setup (MPE + Resonated EL + stock downpipe)

I have this quick rip on stock tune:
  • AA cat-less downpipes
  • AA EL resonated mid pipes
  • Remus (latest version) muffler

The lack of character was due to your AA Three Can.

Single MP paired with Remus is glorious on my CS, factory tune, no DPs. Sounds so good, I'm hesitant to throw my ARM Resonated DPs on. I get compliments all the time! Low and deep rumble.

I'm planning on running this setup except with the non resonated equal length you think that mayb be overkill?

Overkill as in noise? Yeah, it sounds bad. Just for kicks I tried out non resonated mid pipes before I removed it completely and it sounded so bad and brassy that my brand new iPhone couldn't even discern how to process the recording. It was utter chaos. If I could give a comparison I'd say a 1991 Honda CR-X with a Magnaflow muffler. It's just obnoxiously loud for no reason.

Oh okay because I saw some videos with the setup with either a vrsf downpipe or the AA downpipe

Didn't seem too bad or running that setup but with a catted downpipe though wanted to run catless to reduce turbo lag

Well yeah that's a single midpipe, not the equal length midpipes. That's why it has that nice deep tone. Mine sounds just like that with cat-less downpipes and non resonated single midpipes with a Remus muffer.
