I like it, I'm looking forward to seeing the sedan.

Few things that I'm iffy on:
1)I wish it had a more pronounced hood bulge/vents (my fav part of the e92)
2)The F series line across the hood without touching the grills still hasn't grown on me
3)I know LCI will bring it, but needs LED tails for a car this expensive!

I had an e90 previously, currently have an f30 and i am not happy with the electric steering, its precise, nimble but you have less a feel of connection with the car

i know the new m5 has hydraulic steering still... i do understand its now the future, but BMW needs to learn how to tune the steering better

Ill buy the m3 but man I just cannot get over the rear shape of the 4 series. Looks like the 3series gt thing that came out or the 5 series gt even. Looks like a hump on the back. Hate the hood lines too. Too bad

It has a lawnmower sound in the video.

Hmmm need to hear it in person for final judgement.

I know my choice.

Would you choose a 2012 M3, fully loaded, with a supercharger and every other mod known to man for $75k?

Or a 2014 M4 with a tune, exhaust, and 150-200HP LESS POWER, for $90k?
now tell me which quality supercharger for e9x including install & tuning costs less than 5k?
and you are completely random guessing the hp and msrp figure of new M4. not to mention tuning capabilities. if you have any insider info, please chime in.
To be honest, I would buy F8x M just to avoid getting e9x interior.
sigh.. why do I even care.. haters gonna hate lol

Taken from autospies:

I hope the body fitment, specifically the gap uniformity is improved. My current E92 M3 is not anywhere near Audi in this specific category. There is probably a bit of parallax here but still it is not looking particularly promising on this important detail here:

Are they going to release details about the engine? They revealed the V8 when the E92 M3 concept made its debut.

And in a new and useful departure, the M4 is also expected to offer all-wheel drive.
Anyone else other than Edmunds make that claim???

Now that would be a surprise in AWD.

Seems like AWD completely undermines any weight savings. Am I wrong here?

Sadly nothing special about this M.lol

Since when BMW stated using 335 fenders for the M3 or M4 now?
I always loved the fat fenders on the M Cars like the older gen except for this one which is simply a 335 M package, not to mention probably a same engine too with more boost ..

Given how much steel is under the car still, where are the weight savings coming from?

I'm calling BS on Edmunds with no source to back it up. As per the recent interview with BMW M CEO Friedrich Nitschke on Car and Driver, which can be found in the following thread (http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=835953), it's a no for now.

No, not here.

No technical details have been officially announced here at the Pebble Beach reveal.
