What could the problem be?

I had just recently got the crankhub done and my belt tensioner decided to start rattling a bit because my mechanic had to compress it. So I went ahead and replaced it and every time I go WOT it starts to rattle again. We replaced the belt and tensioner and the noise comes back WOT. Any suggestions on what else could cause this? We did use a INA belt tensioner as I heard that is the OEM without the stamp. My car is a 2016 M4 with 70K miles.

Here's a video if you listen closely, you can hear it rattle
