Convenient Open/Close Not Working on Drivers Side

As title says. My convenient open/close doesnt work on driver side but works fine on passenger side.. Anybody ever experience this and what was the fix? Tried both keys so doubt it's a battery issue.

I’ve found the only time when mine isn’t working is if my phone is too close to my key fob.
