Got my bumper resprayed and it doesn’t blend in

My bumper got resprayed recently and I noticed they didn’t use bondo and the paint doesn’t blend in with the old paint. It’s a metallic white paint. So the Paint is harder to do. Paint job is poor imo. The shop that did it was from San Jose. It was quite expensive too.

The hood and the bumper don’t match. The other insurance is paying for it. I can’t believe how much it doesn’t match after looking at it at night.

I'm sure it doesn't match. Mineral white + plastic, against metal hood = disappointment.

I’ve read that mineral white is hard to match.

I’m expecting to pick up my MW f80 soon from C&C auto collision down in Southern California. I’ve been extremely worried as they have to blend the side fender, hood, and front bumper in MW, but they were recommended to me on the forums. I hope mine comes out well, and I hope your shop takes it back and fixes it. Good luck!

I’m thinking of taking it to another shop. Should of took recommendation on the forum. Lol . The shop is T & T Cali. They do exotic cars too and they don’t blend cars so bad.

Take it back and tell them. If they don't fix it just leave a review with pictures so other people can see as well and decide whether to take it to them.

Looks almost like alpine white.. I want to get a gts hood but the fact I have a MW I feel that I shouldn’t bother. I don’t want to blend panels either.

Def don't need to blend anything else.

The bumper needs to be resprayed correctly, they just didn't use the right color. Mineral white has an off white look to it that isn't easy to match.

The bumper is so off from the hood and fenders that trying to blend them would just ruin those areas making them look alpine.

Mineral white will never match 100 percent after respray. Close enough yes, but never same as factory tho.

it can be done, maybe not 100% but to the point where it's unnoticeable
