Anyone else get banned from the G8X section for making fun of its looks?

Spotted the new 4 series out in the wild today. I didn't see it at first but I shit you not I heard my girlfriend say "oh my god what the f*** is that thing that's hideous" and then I saw it🤢

Totally unrelated question you might not be able to answer; the "40 [COLOR="DarkRed"]MPH[/COLOR]" street signs give up the fact that's a US-spec vehicle but are the headlights halogen or LEDs?

They look kind of dull for LEDs but it might be the photo.. 🤷🏻

They're projector LED's! It just looks weird because it was sunset so my phone washed out the color of the headlight beams haha

The G8X is getting a lot of negative reviews on its design on Bimmerpost's fb page but on the G8x's forum, now it's mostly all positive after all the bans!

The social media comments are so true and hilarious. Interestingly we know that BMW is trying to go for a younger audience (even though I don't understand what "younger" person has $80k for an M3) and on Instagram which probably has the youngest and most tech-savy audience, the comments are brutal. Funny enough Instagram usually lists comments in order of likes, unless the profile responds back to a comment. So what does BMW and M do? They respond to positive comments that have maybe 25 or 30 likes, while right below that you see the true top comments, with over 1,000 likes each, all of which are very critical. Almost in a way hiding any negative criticism.

agree about the green ... something different. For me the design does not have flow and rear and front are just weird including the bulge in the lower rear bumper. It's completely messed up. And the rear qtr panel on M4 with those tiny window is huge and so high. And don't get me started on the size and traditional design elements ...

Basically I like the interior and the green is kinda cool. That's it. The more I see the Dodge Charger hood the more I want to kill it with fire.

Carbon buckets, AWD as an option, laser lights, a new look/more aggressive front end, etc.
