If you want to stay OEM:

GTS/CS hood
GTS Euro buckets
CCB
19" 763M all around (F87 set)
MPE

Swapping OE Iron rotors for Girodiscs or EBCs would save ca. 4-5lbs per corner IRC, and would allow for lightweight 18" wheels without having to buy an aftermarket BBK.

OE Sachs dampers are Aluminium, the only other Aluminium dampers I can think of rn are Ohlins.

OP might be better off with the Jenny Craig suggestion.

Also, coming to this car from a B7 RS 4, I'm quite happy with the weight. It's only like 428 lb more than my TT RS despite being 20" longer and having 84 more hp. I dropped like 300 lb from the RS 4.

Underrated tip. Brakes will only slow you down.

I was wondering why this thread was gaining momentum...

In the spirit of saving weight...

Remove the passenger seat.

Replace the driver seat with an aluminum folding chair.

Replace seatbelt with a nylon rope.

Drain the coolant and wiper fluid remove 50% of the oil

Remove the dash

You have to imagine you are building a car for track purposes only. Remove everything that aids in comfort. I mean everything. AC. Heater.Carpets. Seats. Fender liner.Muffler. All heat shields. Replace all glass with Lexan. Pretty much strip the car down to sheet metal and then put the stiffest suspension on. It'll be great for you as your daily driver.

Or.

Just accept the car for the weight it has and just drive the thing. It's no tlike you are getting any points to win the F1 championship. And stop eating Doritos.

Upgrade to the CCB system, only $12k upgrade for 200kg weight saving, loose the rear seat, get rid of the factory wheels and upgrade to light forged wheels 18 inch max, strip the a/c condenser out too, take out the glass and all you will have left is a stripped track car.
