BMW MPERFORMANCE HAS Kit- 2020 M4 ZCP not compatible

Hey Guys,

I have MY20 Heritage edition. From my understanding this car has completely revised Competition Suspension. Per BMWs website.

I don't want to remove the adaptive dampening as I really like the control over the vehicle. However I've been researching and researching and it seems like the M performers suspension kit is only compatible with the 2017 M4 base.

Can someone provide data or know when the competition suspension was revised I believe it was for 2019 year and up or 2018 and up.

What I don't want to do is have issues with my factory warranty with Bmw claiming I installed there performance kit on a car that was not compatible.

I've installed the MP-HAS on my '18 F80 Base. All our front suspension works with this kit. To double check go to realoem.com and plug in the end of your VIN, look at Front Axle -> Front Axle Suspension. If you see these part numbers in your list then MP-HAS can go right on your car no probs.

Base EDC
31312284787
31312284788

Comp or Msport EDC
31318008627
31318008628

Also, if your front wheels are >ET22 and you drop low then you might need a 3-5mm spacer. My fronts were ET25 and I fit fine going low but not too low.

AFAIK ZCP hardware has never changed. EDC calibrations have changed/been improved over the years but that can be applied to any ZCP regardless of year. Kurt206 has MPHAS on his ‘20 Heritage Edition
