Thinking of transferring my lease. Car is a stripper. Doesn't even have leather.

Includes full maintenance (includes clutch and brakes) which is transferable. Never tracked, all maintenance done at BMW, no accidents.

where in Texas are you located? If assumed in Texas I take it I don't pay sales tax again as am not buying it just taking over lease?

Yes if you're taking over a lease registered in Texas and you're going to register it in Texas then you don't pay any tax on it.
