Haircut Rec in the West LA area?

Any recommends for a haircutter/stylist in the Los Angeles area? I'm not interested in a barbershop or someone that uses clippers, but someone that is skilled with scissors. Been having some bad luck and uneven haircuts lately. *Preferably in the West LA area - Appreciate any feedback!

I have been cutting my own hair since 2009. My only recommendation for someone is in Pasadena on Fair Oaks; not quite the neighborhood for which you are looking.
