F82 Knocking sound from front end

Hey guys I'm getting knocking sound when I turn my wheel back and forth, started to hear it over bumps on corners and now it's basically from just turning the wheel. Attached is a video.

Can anyone pinpoint what the noise is?

Did you ever resolve this? I'm having the same exact sound. Sent you a PM as well. Thanks.

Does anyone have any insight. It doesn't occur while driving but when stationary it makes this sound. If I hit a big bump I think I might hear it too.

Anyone?

Have you done any suspension work recently? Removed or loosened the shocks?

About 6 months ago I did springs. The noise started about 3k miles later. I'll recheck torque specs soon.

Garage List
Most likely either your control arm, or your tension strut.
I experienced something similar, and could easily replicate it when hitting the brakes at low speed, or going over my driveway bump slowly.

Here's a photo of the "tension strut" i mentioned. You need a torx to stablize and then something like a 18mm (don't quote me) to tighten the bolt itself.

It is most prominent when I'm at a stop and turn the wheel back and forth. I "think" I have heard it a few times on bumps but not positive.

Did you remove the strut when you changed springs?
