That was actually a response to irishsig. The ssr mesh didn't appeal to you though? SSR is sexy.

You can get a set Forgeline 19" step-lipped race wheels for ~$4200. Forgeline is a 'known' brand even though you may not 'know' them.

I think most 19" rims with a lip will look small on a M b/c they come stock with concave rims with spokes that go to the edges. Throw on the step lip with any decent lip depth and the rim will just look tiny. Only way to balance out the look is to slam the shit out of the car, or step up to 20".

I have seen your car before, looks great with those rims but to my eyes they are too big. The design is wonderful/my exact favorite look! I love the mesh center with step lip.
Once again, personal pref don't take it as a negative comment but sadly your and many 20" rims offsets are terrible and those LM-R rims are not made for an F8X offset. BBS won't even make them sadly. They are finally coming out with LM's but only in 20" In that sense you cannot fit a good sized tire on a 20" rim which defeats the purpose of getting aftermarket rims for me...that is the stupidity of 20's to me. I aim for 19's in order to get more tire as well along with looks. To each his own, as far as looks goes, those rims match your car! Enjoy! But how are your tires? |

I run 255/30/20 and 275/30/20. So yea, the tires aren't as fat as I wanted and it does bother me but.. the R888 / AD08 / RE71 on my future TE37s should take care of that. I guessing you want something like a 265 / 305 tire setup? |

Hehe this is my car. 20's just make the car easier to live with because the ride height is a bit higher. It's a little harder to find a good tire size though. I'd like to run 265/30/20 in the front but have to live with the baby stretch. |

Ride height is the same. 20's run a shorter tire 19s run a taller tire. Looks awesome btw I love SSR SP1s.
