KW HAS is type approved for the M3cs. It's the MP HAS that isn't. Not being"type approved" doesn't mean it's not compatible though.

There was a guy in the UK with an M4CS and he fitted KW has and he swapped back cause he didn’t like the way it drove. He’s now in an M3CS and has left it alone, saying it’s too good to start changing and messing up.
The part of me that modifies every car I own would love to lower mine, but I’m not giving in, as it’s so damn good!

I find the handling improved noticeably with the MP-HAS and GC camber plates where the car has less roll, much crisper turn-in and better overall grip due the lower center of gravity. However, the MP-HAS when paired with the GC camber plates have significantly increased NVH which has taken away a fair bit of the refinement of the stock CS setup. Besides the increased NVH, the MP-HAS feel just as comfortable as the stock CS springs.

For the sake of the OP and in reference to the M3 CS with MP HAS discussion, you have fitted the MP HAS to your M4 CS, not an M3 CS where the feedback you provide may differ.
Interesting point on the NVH increase. |

I’m very tempted to try anything to remove from wheel gap, but it has to have a minimal impact to the stock ride. Certainly not set it backwards with bouncing on rebound, etc. |

I second the sentiment on the NVH regarding the camber plates. Would be great if there was a fixed option with a polyurethane bushing.
What I hear sounds like hollow wheels humming. Basically it's as if the lack of insulation between the road, wheels and tires create a high pitch humming noise.
