m3 Front alignment, unstable

i have a 2018 m3 comp with adaptive suspension and the car moves a bit side to side on highway, so I constantly have to correct steering. it behaves the same way before and after lowering
so question is how much should I adjust toe in? any numbers I can give my local shop? if that in fact is what I should adjust

I know nothing a about alignment/suspension
started to look for some answers after a youtuber pointed that bmw Mts come with a 0? or neutral toe stock
