KRAS55Bi Preliminary 149.54MPH in 1/4 @30PSI! + EDIT: 60-130MPH!
The development car in the video has stock drivetrain (stock axles, driveshaft etc.) and is not meant to be a prepped drag car. This car is better suited for ½ mile as opposed to ¼ mile testing. As a result of the stock drivetrain we did not launch the car. Even spinning through all of 1st, 2nd and pedaling through 3rd, while short shifting, the car put up a very respectable 149.54mph as per the dragy. Boost was limited to 30 PSI (Approximately High 800whp) to try to cope with traction problems but even still, the car was spinning! We feel that customers with similar builds on the same KRAS55Bi's at 41psi (1150whp) with the correct wheel/tire combo and drivetrain upgrades can easily accomplish high 150mph passes and quite possibly 160mph down the 1/4 mile! Please contact info@asrkratos.com if you are interested in reserving one of said pre-order units. Last edited by Sales@KRATOS; 03-20-2019 at 11:38 AM.. |

With AWD, it'd be quicker and faster than McLaren 720s stock.

TRACTION LIMITED Latest 60-130mph/100-200kph results. This is while spinning and at 30psi! Approximately high 800whp. These results were recorded on the same pass that the car did 149.54mph in the 1/4.

We appreciate all the positive feedback guys! One thing to mention is that we realized after the fact that the DA (Density Altitude) was +2000 that night. We don't know if many of you understand how DA works and how it effects the performance of the car, so here's some information we'd like to present to help everyone better grasp the concept.
The gentleman that was hosting the private track rental has a youtube channel called BoostITFORward and was running that night as well with his 991 Turbo S making 805whp. Since he lives out of state where the DA is much lower, he posted video showing the effect the difference in DA made to his car that ran a best of 5.3 60-130 the same night at the same track we ran 4.61. This will help everyone get a better idea as to how much more the KRAS55Bi is capable of in better conditions (DA) at the same boost. |

Why would they want more power when they are already having traction problems?

At the time of the private track rental our 18" Belak Wheels were not ready, so our only option was stock 19" wheels with Toyo 285/35/19 R888R's. Of course this posed a huge traction problem for us. So, we decided to limit power to 30psi due to traction limitations. As you can see in the video, we still had pretty major traction issues even with power turned down. Our main goal for the night was to get an idea as to where the car stood mph wise as it was never intended to be built as a drag car.
