I'd have to wonder how long the engine would last. Now I notice that their stage 4 includes larger turbos which would make sense, but in their chart, they show stage 3 to make the above claimed power which includes software upgrade, 2 new sport catalysts, and 2 new rear silencers.

Noelle has several years of experience coming as Engine Director (or something in that area) from Alpina. They have turbocharging BMW's for years. So they must have the know how necessary to improve PS and still maintain a lasting engine life.
If they release the same 'catted'/HFC as they have for the M5/6 this could be a very interesting option, even for 5000€ |

What fuel were they running? That's kinda critical...
