CF MPE without diffuser

Does anyone have a picture of a CF tipped MPE without the CF diffuser? I am going to go one of two routes on my M4 and cannot decide. The CF tips and diffuser are too much CF for me.

Option 1 - MPE with cf tips and no diffuser

Option 2 - MPE with ti tips and cf diffuser

Actually looks pretty good .

However, I am still a form follows function person, and to me, the CF tips have no raison d'être.

But you lose the 'kick to open trunk' functionality, right?

(or has someone figured out where the sensor is and how to put a hole in the diffuser yet?)

Yes true. But I went without this function for 25 years of owning cars. I don't need or miss it.

Why do they always take photos of exhaust so close. No one is ever going to get that close in real life or look at it from that angle.

Have any of the same setup standing further back like how it would look if you were walking up to the car or driving behind it?

I'd love to see it that way to make a real decision. Thanks for the photo though

Speaking of the MPE, does anyone know when you install the tips, can you choose how much you want them to stick out past the bumper?

I like how the OEM tips are flush with the bumper and would like to get MPE to match that look as closely as possible.

It will mainly depend on where the cut on the original exhaust is made to fit the MPE. I don't think it will be too difficult to get that finish/look.

Just remember these tips don't have that angled cut or look like the originals.

I went to the dealer to check out the MPE. I am going to do the cf tip setup with no diffuser. I snapped a couple shots of the setup they had.

Oh and it sounds truly badass in person. Videos do not do it justice.

The Vollkommen Design Diffuser still has the kick function.
