You can code the Sat radio on.

Thanks for posting this Ghetto!

I did not want the executive package, but wanted comfort access....win!

I was ordering HK anyhow.

Plus really cool LED tail lights too boot.

This is really great news!

Now I just need to confirm price and if the orange interior is still an option.

The MY2016 M3 Sedan (F80) starts production in July 2015, and receives a majority of the F30 interior Lifecycle Impulse (LCI) measures.

Additionally, standard equipment and pricing have changed versus MY15, as the following optional equipment is now standard for MY16:

•Comfort Access Keyless Entry (322)
•Satellite Radio with 1-year subscription (655)
•harman/kardon Surround Sound System (688)

I am happy to report that from the same source as I posted above, Sakhir Orange Metallic (B50) will make a return and be available as well
That is good news as i want CA and HK , what about rear view camera and sensors and front sensors which are standard in executive package for the 15's

My sentiments exactly. I miss comfort access. I had my sat radio coded though so saved a bunch of money that way. Adding chrome accents to a M3 seems like a step in the wrong direction to me.

This is nice to see. Comfort Access was one of the things I wanted most but didn't want to shell out 4300 bucks. Now get me some back up sensors or a camera in a standard or separate package and I'm a happy camper.

I was hoping to back up camera to be standard equipment too, but looks like we still have to fork out 4300 for it lol..

I hope not... I mean come on BMW, Hondas entire fleet comes them standard with then now. Please no one say..€"get a Honda then". I merely using them as an example of manufacturers who have provided back up cameras.

They could wait until 2018 though, that would seem a bit silly but who knows.

I also really wanted CA, but I've been fine without it. With the keyless start, it's just really the keyless entry, and I can open the car without taking the key out of my pocket anyways. HK would have been OK, but I prefer not having it, as it's harder to upgrade. The faster iDrive / Nav is nice. It won't be long before they have to make rear view cam standard.

However, given they will likely hike up the price to reflect these "standard" features, I'd rather have the freedom to choose.

I think it would be ridiculous if they still charge the same amount for the LED headlights seeing as the 340i will get them std and have an option for the adaptive LED. Even more so since the US market cant even get adaptive LED coded from the factory.

I also thought that in the US, backup cameras were suppose to be std on 2016 cars? Maybe std on cars being produced starting 1/2016?

With the sliding cup holder cover, i hope there is still a 12V socket since thats where i plug in my radar detector. I dont want an integrated system, and we cant hardwire to the sunroof with the CF roof.

Sat Radio requires FSC, it is not just coding.

It doesn't really appear to be chrome. More like additional accents in the same material/color as what is on the steering wheel.

They will probably monkey with the base/package price and put the LED lights in a new package, now that more things are standards.

12V plug is still there, just in-between the two holders.

Totally agree. I would definitely pay up for the ventilated seats and accept any marginal weight gain. Even the Mercedes C300 has an option for it!!

Since Navigation units are just plug in modules in the trunk usually, I wonder if it would be possible to upgrade to a new one with a simple plug and play?

NBT nav unit is behind the center console. No doubt it could be done, but I'm sure you'd be looking at $2k just in parts cost.

You mean, since the E46 M3 stopped using Nav units in the trunk about 10 years ago?

Not sure of the actual location, but I'm betting it is modular in some fashion.

Any idea what 'Improved Child seat handling' refers to? I use two convertible car seats in the back.
