I would even buy a purse just to get the chance to fish that one out of it. Oh, well the Vette thread gave me a link where to find one, so I will be the happiest of us all.

I wish key fobs are smaller than F30 ones. I think e90 era's fobs are good size. F30 on the other hand makes bigger bulge on my jean when I put it in the pocket.

I stuff higher areas with mine, and that is the reason also for the need for the keyless entry. I have done more than ones the whole "why are they staring at me, I'm just looking for my key" thing, and the second one realizes the reason, is always priceless and humiliating. So many ways both.

This is a let down for me and right up there with the lack of LED lights in the rear. Maybe US versions will offer something different or other options will be offered. I guess the M will have to stay with the Keychain for the moment.

Would it be possible to purchase an x5 m-sport key fob (as pictured on page 1 of this thread) and program it for our cars?

edit: I forget that it has to fit in that slot on the dash, perhaps not an option here.

Is the panic button not required in UAE? If so, there may be a chance that we will get the better looking M keyfob with the panic button.

Its for when you are walking back to your M5 and you see a woman standing in a puddle of her own drool looking into your passenger window.

Well that explains why UniqueCheese had a death grip of his keys! Oh well, I just thought he was afraid me stealing his non chrome beauty...

Still, he had a good reason to panic, that was just so, so unlike me...

It may work if the car comes with keyless entry/start, I probably only put my E92's key into the slot for like three times in the last six months

I can't believe we're obsessing about a key fob. LOL.

Cheers.

But it's ugly, I wouldn't care much if BMW made it like the E9x's keys, plus they designed a very good looking key for the X5 M-Sport but not the real M cars?

I could not care less about the look of the key fob because it's gonna be in my pocket 99.9% of the time.

Allthough, I do care how big (preferably how small) it is because it's gonna be in my pocket 99.9% of the time.
