BMW Seattle or BMW Bellevue?
Hey all, purchased an m4 out of state but wanted to know what your preferences are between bmw seattle and bellevue for service. Any service advisors that you recommend? What are your experiences? TIA

I’ll NEVER go back to Bellevue, Seattle has been okay to good to deal with - Andrew is a good SA there. They’re both dealers at the end of the day, your benefit is not in their interest.

Yeah not too happy about going to the dealer for service but still got some of the warranty left for now, definitely wanting to go to independent shops once its expired

I've exclusively taken my F80 to BMW Seattle since purchasing it early this year, and they've been nice to work with. I've worked with both Trevor and Alvaro, both have been great. My car is also tuned with basic bolt ons, and wasn't given any grief for warranty work (Icon headlight and parking sensors).
I also took my previous F15 diesel to BMW Bellevue for the only warranty work I'd had to get done on it, and didn't have any complaints either other than lead time for getting replacement injectors, which isn't so much their own fault. BMW Bellevue had a loaner available much more readily than Seattle has had, though that situation could also come down market scarcity as well. Seattle had me in a nice G20 loaner the last visit I was in for, which was a windshield reinstall/quality visit, but the other couple of times I've had to use their complimentary Enterprise loaners (though this is also slightly because of being able to get an earlier appointment time). Doesn't have too much to do with the service side, but I wasn't super thrilled with the couple of sales people at Bellevue I've tried to work with so that's one of the reasons I decided to give Seattle a shot for service, and I've been pleased. |

Chiming in pretty late; my apologies, but I also like to add that I also have had a relatively poor experience with BMW of Bellevue.
Trevor and Josh at BMW of Seattle have always gone above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend going to either. |

Hey all,
New to the forum and hope the bump is ok. I'm on the eastside and started a conversation (early IRL checking out colors) with Bellevue, and things have been fine. I'll be putting in my order in a few weeks but now this thread has me wondering if the problems are still to come. Should I move over to the Seattle or BMW NW side of things? |

I bought my car in CA, decided to take it to NW because they seemed to support motorsports a bit more. No BMWCCA discount... not a biggie. But, they re-flashed without telling me, with no reasoning. It's not tuned, but I had to redo a bunch of settings. When I asked about it, they said, "bring it back and we can show you how to change settings".

I've been hearing some really terrible things about bmw bellevue as of recently. Whether its with the sales and the service, we had a friend of a friend have a terrible experience buying from bmw bellevue and their service techs absolutely failed to fix their own mistakes. Have heard their service is not that great. I've been going to an ind shop right after my warranty expired, but if you still have warranty have heard that seattle is a lot better now.
