that is actually a great point, they really do need to be wider; I had to use spacers to push them out. I've got 15s on there now and I'm bumping that up to 18

I prefer wheels built to sit flush with the correct offsets. If I can go no spacers id rather do it but that’s me.

What is this funny stuff I am reading about a black M3/M4 badge on a non-ZCP car? I have a black M4 on my Alpine White F82 since November 2015 long before the ZCP. You guys are killing me...

Putting an M3/M4 badge on a non-M3/M4 car however is a new level of marginal.

The guys who do this are just as proud of what they have! They just don't have the means like some of us! If anything they're more brand loyal or proud then some of us with the means and we will just be onto the next car of choice at the time! I say leave these guys alone and to each their own!

For me, I really don’t care what people do with their own property or money for the most part. It doesn’t affect me at all, but I do like to chuckle at some of the more ridiculous ones and I love the smart ass comments people come up with in threads like these.

Technically it is a Competition Packaged car from the factory. Now BMW is adding the badge for Comp Pack cars. You can think of it as a retrofit.

For me, I'm not sure...I guess I would let it slide. I might buy one and keep it before BMW jacks up the price.

On the other hand, if this were about adding a CS or GTS badge to the car, that's a whole other story and would say hell no.

I say do it. For those thinking the new competition cars are any different than prior ZCP package cars, you definitely bought the BMW marketing. BMW has just gotten smarter and better at marketing by putting competition badges on the newer M cars to differentiate them. It's no different than prior ZCP packages except the marketing is more direct and slicker this time.
