Reading this thread and all these deals, makes me wonder how I stack up on the deal tree!

It seems like most of the deals have been this month. I wonder what February will be like for incentives, residual, mf etc.

with the influx of CS leasers, are you putting any PPF on or not worth it being a lease?

I put ppf on all cars I purchase but with the cs being a lease, I will not be installing ppf on this car. The only return you get by installing it is keeping the car free of chips for the next person...unless you plan on buying out at end of lease

PPF is expensive. Some guys on here buy/sell/transfer their cars more often than washing them. On a side note, it's good to know that within 2-3 years there will be a plentiful amount of used CS in the mid-Atlantic area to buy

What does lease have to do with it? If you enjoy having your car be as blemish free as possible then its definitely worth it.

That's Vista. That's why you couldn't get anywhere with them. They are impossible.

The MF is high and I think you can ask for more of a discount. Go zero down to see what you are really paying. BTW you are paying a bit more than I am and my MSRP was $107k, and my mileage was 12k.

I had an identical MSRP. You can do better. A couple of notes:

-You should be able to command a larger discount before incentives
-Shoot for the buy rate money factor of .00188
-Double check the USAA incentive as I believe it should be $250, not $500.
-Reconsider the down payment. There are differing opinions on approach but I prefer to put nothing down except first month's payment. I also do not believe in MSDs.
-Are there any bogus fees in the deal (e.g. Nitro, IBEX, LoJACK, window etching)?

For those still shopping deals, please be aware that the $5,000 Flagship incentive from BMW expired as of yesterday, 2/1/19. Don't expect to do as well as the previously posted deals from the month of January.

Wow, that's a game changer for some still working deals. What's the source of this information?

We never got this deal in my region. What is it? We got $3500 lease cash and $1000 loyalty. It's been carried on unchanged for February.
