SA/BMW Dealership Recommendations in Chicago Suburbs

Anyone have any SA recommendations in NW Suburbs area?
Want to take the car in for some warranty work before it expires later this year.

I haven't dealt with NW Suburbs.
But I recommend Laurel BMW of Westmont and Mike Powalski.

Patrick BMW was ok I'd avoid BMW Motorwerks Barrington. I take my car to Crystal Lake BMW for warranty service, they don't see a lot of M cars so the my treat me right there.

Thanks guys. Westmont would be quite the trip for me. I will give Crystal Lake a try since that's pretty close to me. Good to know about Barrington - was going to go there originally.

Why avoid Barrington BMW?

I used to go to Patrick and while tech's where great - I had a few issues with the SA's and the Service Manager blatantly lying to my face. Decided to try other places and my cars at Barrington now.

car was throwing electrical codes I took it in. Their solution was to change oil and replace spark plugs for $1200 not bothering to address the issue. I told them car wasn't fixed they told me it was. Two weeks later valve cover gasket failed, Barrington said it had nothing to do with their "repairs" sure. Porsche Motorwerks is good though so don't want to knock them all their, just didn't have a good experience with BMW.

I've been using Aaron at westmont bmw the last few years, Great to work with very communicative via email and owns a few m cars himself.
