I've done many installs of this crankhub. If you have any questions or need the install done shoot me a follow and DM on IG @that_tech_mario
Also I get them for a discount.

The insane hub is hollow so the reduction of rotational mass gave you the additional 15hp.

You have to ask your local installer for that

Still a valid question though. If their local installer is asking something ridiculous, how is one to know if it's reasonable or not if they don't ask around.

Cause each installer has different skill and because there are so many steps in the process it can vary by who installs it.

Ofc a shop that does hubs all day will do it 2x+ faster than a shop that does it once or twice a year.

And the hub itself is a little more difficult to install than the max psi hub because it's 1 piece

I can get it done here for about 1200 . 2 day process. Insane hub also I've already bought.
I've heard people paying between 1200- 4000.
H2m in cologne wanted 3k.
Luckily the mechanics in m flight seem happy to do it between 12-1400

Been running my e85 tune close to 10k miles with no issues but decided to go with the Insane Performance crank hub. I’m pushing 600 whp and I wanna turbo swap plus run 100% meth here soon so I pulled the trigger on the hub fix and glad I did. I found a shop here in the 757 area called Auto Envy Customs that did the install in couple days. He said the pressure plates in between the sprockets were stretched and one of them snapped. This would of spun the crank hub at anytime. But definitely money well spent!
