Wheel/caliper clearance. (Pics)

Everyone, everybody. I just ordered a set of wheels and they just arrived. I did my test fit and everything is good, but my wheel to caliper (CCB's) is tight tight. Not rubbing on anything, however it's tight. "Paper thin" lol my question, would say I'm good or would you get a spacer? My fitment is spot on. I would appreciate any opinions thanks.

That is very tight. Any premature play in the wheel bearing will result in damage. You also risk small rock chips and such getting in between and scratching both the caliper and the wheel. I would recommend a spacer but that is just my opinion.

?
Thanks, that's what I was thinking. Would you recommend a very small spacer like an 2mm? Would that make a difference?

Go with the smallest hubcentric spacer possible (which I believe is 5mm).

I think I should have mentioned that the wheels are 20x9.5 +17 😅 with a 5mm spacer I'll be at +12

First and foremost, Congrats on the new wheels. This topic about CCB's/BBK calipers and wheel clearances have been discussed here many times over. Oh, it will happen. The right size pebble gets lodged in between the caliper and wheel barrel. Just fyi, all the wheel sets I've ever owned have these wheel barrel striations.
Many years ago, some members here went to as far as trying to get it warrantied through their dealerships when their OEM Carbon Fiber Wheels where getting damaged.

Thanks brotha. This will sound a little crazy. However I took 2 Pennies and wrapped in electrical tape lol. I figured that might represent 2mm. Taped that to the rotor and put the wheel on. (This was just done for spacer size and didn't want to buy multiple spaces.) I have good-ish Clarence so I might just go with a 2 mm. Here are a few pics of that process.

Tighter than tight. Oddly enough not one pebble has gotten caught yet. And it has happened a handful of times with the 437's.

You gotten pebbles caught with 437's? There's ton of wiggle room.
