M-Performance Exhaust w/ Akrapovic Downpipes Video

Finally came around to shooting some videos of the MPE with Akrapovic downpipes! I know some of you have been asking about how it sounds, and quite frankly, I think it sounds awesome once the car is warmed up! It's definitely too loud when the car is still cold. Enjoy!

This is actually the first instance where I haven't thought the MPE sounded too raspy. Sounds good!

Im kinda on the fence because it doesn't sound like a BMW. I have heard the MPE and it sounds great, IMO the downpipes must be whats killing it for me.

to each their own i guess.

shoooot! Akrapovic DP + MPE is my dream mod... I currently have MPE but it's not loud enough for me..

Can you please tell me how does it sound from the inside? does increased sound make you uncomfortable on a long trip? I like quite ride on Efficient mode.

It's pretty loud from the inside with valves open, but it gets fairly quiet once you close up the valves.

I'm not using anything to suppress the CEL

. I think you can just use a JB4 to delete it?

That's why you close up the valves

. It'll still be loud but it'll be a lot quieter than if the valves were open.

MPE with valves open on a cold start is like a war zone.. i cant imagine the look on my families face when they hear this every morning
