100 octane question

I have a stock f80. The gas station by my house just started selling 100 octane (race fuel). What would happen if I put this in my tank? Remedial question I'm sure but I really have no idea. 8.99 a gallon.

Nothing but waste 8.99 X however many gallons of gas you put in the car.

Ok so it does nothing for performance? That's kind of what I was thinking would happen without a tune.
