The midpipe etc is stainless steel The Titanium tips are an extra cost usually as most come with CF tips Most V1's like this one tend to crack where the exhaust pipes connect to the muffler. The V2's have Titanium reinforcement brackets to help against cracking. I have a V2 with a AA midpipe and think it's perfect sound wise. Most V1 exhaust tend to sell around $2,500 due to the known risk of cracking . For anyone wanting to do some research on their own and also see how common/uncommon the cracking issue is with them there is a search function in this forum.
