There 1st offer was 3% off msrp and included the rebates with it. I didn't even know that was legal. I responded them that offer in my eyes makes the sale price higher then the MSRP.

I find it a little crazy how an '18 M3CS has a higher residual than a '19 M4CS. I totally get that the M3 has always had a higher residual over the M4, yet a "1yr" old model is expected to hold more value over a 3 year period when compared to the newer one?

The residuals are set by BMWFS to motivate leases, not necessarily reflect reality.

Oh I get that. Here's to hoping they do something with the M4CS Residual...!

The cars value techniclly doesn't exisit. it cost bmw x dollars to get it to the dealer door. im sure it wasn;t the invoice or anything close to it. thats how much bmw put into it.

now they just need to get some profit out of it. sick lease deal,,,take it back and flip it again, keeping all their numbers secret

How did you manage to get a discount that big? I can only get them to get as low as $73,800 for a 81K MSRP M3...

What MikeyM3 said, keep trying and also expand your search, you just need to find a motivated dealer, and doesn't hurt to mention that others are getting such and such deals. End of month is a great time as dealers are trying to hit quotas/programs.

First Payment, Doc Fee, and Acquisition Fee. This was the last M3 at the dealer they had for sale.

Seems like most of the deals here are around 10% discount pre- incentives and rebates. I’ve been targeting 15%, is that completely unrealistic?
