I gotta see it in person. I think the true color (in person) will look worse than this. It has a tone in it that is very odd.
Hopefully in January we will get to see this true color on one of the production M4s or M3s. |

I love this color. My dad has a DB9 volante in a color very similar with a navy blue top and cream interior and its stunning. The paint is very metallic so I think that would be a difference maker. If its non metallic it may not look as good. We need more colors than AW, jet black, Jerez, space grey, SS. Color is good! Definitely not sure I could drive that color car every day though.

To each their own, but IMO the bright colors kill the classy factor that BMWs usually have. I like a lot of the available colors, but I think they look best in black or white.

On the soft lines of the F82, it looks like grandma's ride. I really wish they offered a color like this: |

Notice the CCB's now have the tri-color M.
I like the white outline better.. cleaner look.

I still think this color looked amazing in that video of the F80.

Knee-jerk reactions from photos posted on the internet are fun!
I mean REALLY... the amount of variations in color that can be introduced by the following.. - your monitor - the quality of color rendition capable of the original camera that shot the photo - camera settings in the camera when the photo was taken - lighting in the setting where the photo was taken make any true judgements outside of (i hate baby blue colors on cars) pretty much inane. But it sure is fun to see all these " buying decisions" being made. Last edited by M3 Adjuster; 12-04-2013 at 05:33 PM.. |

I also feel the same way about SO. It looks insanely good on the F80 with it's muscular lines. I can't wait to see both colors in person though (..although I'm leaning toward SO). |
