How long is your lease term?
Guys,
Wanted some thoughts. How long are you lease terms on M3/M4? Do you prefer 24 months or 36 months? Typically, would you need brakes replaced in 36 months or 30000 miles if its everyday daily drive and no tracking? |

36 mos. If you need brakes before a 36 mo. lease ends with no tracking you have your foot on the wrong pedal or have a car that makes no sense for where you are driving it.

I think that will depend on Driving conditions and driving habits. My father drives through stop-and-go traffic everyday and he’s not easy on his inputs either. With that said, we replace his brakes about once a year.

I always do 24/12k months but this time around I deviated and went with 36/12k. It's been 8 months so far and only 3k miles on it...🤣 so I guess it's ok I got time to enjoy it.

36/15k on my last F80, light tracking needed a set of brakes before lease turn-in.
