1000% NO. You should not put $$$$$ down on a lease your throwing it away/ setting it ablaze.

This looks very expensive, of course Hawaii is smaller market and options are somewhat limited.
Lease support on F80 M3 has ended, that's why the payment is so high - no incentives from factory.
Your best bet here is to negotiate better discount and finance instead, put 10k trade towards it. Your payment might end up not far from these (very high) lease payments that they propose.

Ahh no wonder they had to bring up a residual price on a website instead of using a percentage. Maybe I will just get a cheaper car for now until a better m3 comes out.

That's not even bad thats horrible. I don't even remotely understand how that can be so expensive with 10k down. Can you please show us the whole deal with residual/etc?

Yeah, they are likely using custom lease program/arrangement (might be even not BMWFS).
Considering 10k downpayment, the real monthly is 1300, which is M5 territory. Total for 3 years works out to 48k, which is crazy high for 69k msrp.
If M4 works for your needs, there is still lease support on it and good deals out there (look into thread about lease prices), but if you absolutely need 4 doors (I needed in my case), consider lease swap perhaps?

Yea I definitely need 4 doors. Now that you put it that way, that is pretty nuts. I donít have an itemized portion of the lease but this alone tells me I should say no. Hawaiíi only has 1 BMW dealership which sucks.

Can you lease from another state and ship it? It'd most likely still be significantly cheaper.

Or move to the mainland.

Someone correct me if Iím wrong, but this looks like a 31% residual value. Meaning you will be paying 69% of the MSRP of the car over 36 months. WRETCHED deal, completely uncanny and I would run not walk away from this.

No longer makes sense to lease F80ís. Purchase only situation. Buy a preowned NICE one for the same payment if an M4/2 door doesnít work for you. Lease is just no longer in the cards for a 4 door model.
