What are people using to clean the metal tip of the MPE with CF tips?

I use Nevr-Dull Polish for cleaning exhaust tips and it's works great!

I use Chemical Guys Heavy Metal Polish on my MPE every 6 months or so. It works very well and requires little elbow grease.
