M3/M4 CS EDC coding with Bimmercode?
Hello,
Is it possible to use Bimmercode to code M4 GTS and/or CS EDC settings on an F80 ZCP? Thanks |

It may be possible to fdl code the settings with BimmerCode if the vehicle i-step level is new enough. I’m not sure that BimmerLink will be able to perform edc start up procedure (or others) if you run into that fault after coding however.
I documented the values you can try to fdl code in expert mode in the diy guide validation section at https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1649232. This is written for coding with esys and Ista+ however. |

There was a thread about the Thor app here but it's been removed. Any reason why? I was trying to find out more information about the app. I was looking to do some coding as well.

Yes. I used Thor for GTS tuning for the DCT, steering, diff, MDM, etc and Carly for all the usual coding like iDrive warnings, mirror folding, and all that other stuff.
