Why so many BM3 licenses for sale?

Are the sellers going a different route for tunes? I'm considering which path to follow when I take the plunge and then I begin to notice a number of members selling their BM3 licenses. What's up?

If you consider the number of new ones being sold every day, the number is not that high.

People move on to other cars and projects very often

If you currently have nothing, MHD is the cheapest, most flexible, and feature filled from what I have seen.

I work with both platforms for flashing and while BM3 is great I'm continually frustrated by the "cloud" nature of how it works, while with MHD I can do tuning completely independently of internet and a cloud server. No one is between me and the customer I am helping. So we prefer MHD around here but in my eyes they are equivalent systems technically. MHD recently released a new wireless OBDII adapter that is pretty slick.

MHD isn’t cheaper. They just divide up stuff to make it seem that way. By the time you buy it all to do all you can do with BM3 its about the same if not more. I really enjoy the cloud notion to BM3 and not feeling stuck to some android phone. I prefer to use my macbook air for all BM3 stuff. Works out really nice in the car when I need to mess with it.
