Convertible hinge cover 335=m4?

The hinge cover flew off while racing in “Mexico” at around 180. Wondering if the 335 convertible has the same cover? They look the same and bmw is trying to charge me 600 unpainted for a peice of plastic…anyone can confirm this?

Yeah it is

Still don’t know how to replace one and the 335s are still almost as expensive (buying used)
It’s the same part number

found this with a search. I believe they are all pretty similar for the hard top
convertible.
