BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Hello,

I'm listing my M3 for lease takeover/sale because we are expecting a baby and we're getting an SUV (2020 x3 m40i) (pushed back b-school). I got cold feet during my sale last year. I received a trade in offer of $50,000 flat sale/trade in price from my local dealer. I worked hard to find this car, so I'd rather an enthusiast take it over. Caveat is I need to transfer sell asap. (before 11/30 hopefully).

The Car:
Oct 2017 Build Date
2018 F80 M3 ZCP
Alpine White
DCT
Black 666's
Shakir Orange Leather
Driver Assistance
Blind Spot Detection

I searched far and wide to find a non-executive ZCP as the 2018's came rear view cameras and full LED lights. I serviced the car on-time at Peter Pan BMW (San Mateo) and gave it an interim oil change at ~6,000 miles. Only one flaw, one rock chip near the front BMW emblem. The car is garage kept and parked in a private company lot during office hours. The car also has the upgraded service package (hopes of a new set of brakes near end). No accidents, no tracking, no tunes/engine mods.

Lease start date: Dec 2, 2017
Lease term: 3 years (Dec 2, 2020)
Miles per year allowed: 12K
Current miles: ~31,600 (about 6.5K miles over allowance so far, HW commuting)
Total miles allowed during lease period: 36,008
MSRP: $76,095
Residual: $45,657
Current Buyout: $53,610.72

Pre-Tax Payment: 845.46
Payment: 923.66
Incentives: Will cover lease transfer fee ($500)
and $1500 incentive
Remaining payments: 12
Pretax Payment after incentives: ~$678
Effective Buyout: $53,610
No MSDs or security deposits
Registration: Due 12/8, $638

Cosmetic Mods:
IND Painted front reflector

Condition Update 11/9
Walk around 11/16

Tires: New Michelin Pilot 4s (~1.5k miles, plus 4 wheel alignment, 2 year Costco warranty)
Oil changes done every 5k miles
Windows: No Chips
Wheels: 1 wheel has very minor curb rash
Blemishes: Rub market on bottom corner of driver side front bumper
Interior: Mint

They weren't budging, I got a pretty good deal (11% off MRSP pre-incentive). So I think they were pushing to make $ other ways.

Did you avoid Exec for the lights/PDC sensors on bumpers?

The only thing I wanted in the executive package was LED head lights, and the 2018 (LCI) came with those standard. So I opted not to get it. It was very difficult to find a ZCP, leather, black rims ex-exec package.

Also, this car has an October 2017 build date. So it is among the last to receive the CF drive shaft. Which I think is super cool.
