Ok the Meet and Drive is on for Sat Feb 20 9am. Details:

9:00 am Meet at Pinole Park - 3079 Pinole Valley Road, Pinole California

9:45 am Depart to Tilden Park. R on Pinole Valley Road, L to Alhambra Valley Road, R onto Bear Creek Road, Continue to Wildcat Canyon Road,

10:15 Meet at Tilden Park in Berkeley Hills

Had a rather sad interaction with a YMB M4 today on on 680 North near Fremont. Driver nearly took out two other drivers while driving like a hooligan.

I know this goes without saying, and I know we have a really great bunch of guys here... but everyone please remember that this Saturday there are other people on the road, and we need to be respectful of them by not being a complete jackass. Was shocking to see how incredibly close he came to taking out those cars...

Agreed. In addition there will be cyclists on our route, so we need to be mindful
If them as well.

Our 2nd meet was a blast. We met up in Pinole then drove to the Berkeley Hills. There were a total of 10 M3/M4s. Subscribe to this thread if you are interested in the next meet which will be March 20ish...

Interesting count on number of M4's vs M3's and colors. Can't wait till mine arrives. I'd like to drive out for the meet.

Grew up between Clayton and Concord when it was less built up. Then Later lived in Alamo and Danville. Wife from Lafayette. We moved from Danville to Foothills east of Sac. Berkeley Hills brings back memories.

A Mt Diablo drive from Walnut Creek to Danville side would be a cool one as well. Lunch at the summit. Or reverse route and Pizza at Skipolinis pizza in Clayton.
So many great options in the East Bay! I'm sure you have a long list of drives you all came up with during your meet.
