Visibility issue due to the shape of the hood
With the raised hood in the front, I experienced a pretty annoying blind spot diagonally across on the front far right hand corner.
I cannot see young kids in that area, nor short 4-legged animals or even curb. Yes, I tried adjusting the seat and it did not help. I even raised myself til my head is touching the ceiling. The blind spot is still there. Are you guys experiencing this?

But, >> I even raised myself till my head is touching the ceiling. The blind spot is still there. That's using my feet, of course.

There is no car in which you can see the side of the fender or front tire from the driver's seat. So yes, there is a "blind spot" if something is close enough to any car. But still unclear what the issue is with your M3 vs. any other car. I don't think we understand how the shape of the hood affects anything from a visibility perspective if your head is touching the headliner.

Perhaps, the front of the car is just pretty thick in nature; so, not necessarily the bulges.

There is this spot under the car I can’t see because the car is in the way.......
Seriously OP, this is a new one. Thank you for reminding us that there is always truly something new to complain about. |
