Help finding rattle behind tachometer and loud thud from headliner

Hi,

I've had this rattle from behind the speedometer/tachometer going over bumps which sounds like something is loose. I also have a loud and really annoying thud that comes from the dome light/front part of the headliner. The thud occurs when going over expansion joints or even slight uneven pavement usually when both wheels compress equally. It doesn't really happen when hitting potholes. I've attached a video.

The dash rattle can be heard throughout the video. Specifically you can hear it between 0:34-0:40, and also again at 2:15-2:17.

The thud can be heard at 0:56, 2:16 and 2:39. It sounds like it is coming from the headliner by the dome light. While filming this video, the dome light unit was taken out and held, so it wasn't actually attached to the headliner. I want to disconnect it completely but not sure if I will get any errors (sos disconnected). I don't have any tools to reset it if they do pop up. Anyone know if I can just drive around with it disconnected?

Bumping this one as well. I'm getting tired of all these noises. Car has 12k on it and it's Driving me mad. What could cause that loud thud/pop noise from the roof by the sunroof controls?
