Beautiful color! But this is going to be a hard sale since we are seeing m3 CSes go for 700$ per month for a lease transfer. GLWS though! Beautiful car!

Thanks. I agree it will be tough but hopefully there is someone out there who is looking for a short-term lease with little mileage constraint. It's a narrow market, but you never know if there is someone out there with those needs!

I didn't put any money down on this lease - I don't as a rule - and therefore the monthly payment is higher, and hence why I am offering the $1,000 incentive.

Interested, im currently in a bit of a situation with my M4 I may have bent a rod , waiting to get final results and diagnosis before I make a decision moving forward so far it's looking like 12k to rebuild the motor

Hi all, thanks for the interest in the car.

The car is now currently transfer pending. As you may know, this is far from certain, so I am still keeping a list of people potentially interested (currently 5) in case it falls through.

I also wanted to post my answers to some commonly asked questions.

Additional Protection - there is no additional protection. It had a modest dealer-installed tint applied, as is customary in Arizona. However, while in AZ, I kept it garaged at all times, even during lunch, and it was always parked at work in a covered space.

Accidents/Collisions - It was in a minor accident where I was hit from behind while turning right at a stop-light. It was repaired by the BMW dealer and there is no filler-type repairs to any body part. The rear bumper, trunk lid and CF diffuser were replaced - I think to pad the insurance work. This won't impact the lease return. I am happy to share photos and repair center documentation.

Wheel Condition - There may be one minor mark on one of the 437s. I am happy to take close-up photos.
