Speakers/Sub PnP Upgrade
I'm looking into upgrading the sound that everyone says is Poop.
Personally, I don't think it's that bad at all. although, when pushed hard, there is definitely room for improvement. I've been looking at: * Maestro * Focal & * MusiCarNW For the speakers - Tweets & Mids. Ideally, I'd love it to be "PnP"! Just remove the door cards, rear lateral panels and lift the seats & Taa...Daa!! Aside from maybe Crossovers (between the Tweets and the Mids), I'd like to Not have a need for anything else ("LOC" "LIC" ) but, other than fitment (BTW - Most all of these companies are a generation behind as far as this goes! Why?!?) I've read there's an impedance (and/or maybe an amplification) issue. I'm still unsure of the proper Sub-woofer units? Any input, appreciated!! Cheers!

Mine specifically is an F83, so I'm looking to use only the OEM spaces available. This is what I meant by "PnP'. I want a seamless "Stock" install & look. Thx!

They have a package for f82
https://integralaudio.com/phantom-su...s-f32-f82.html I don’t know how much it differs for your vert. I’d reach out to Kevin @ Integral Audio as their sub box tucks in nicely to the spare cubby. I had used Bavsound in the past and was not impressed with their build quality nor results. |
