First time BMW owner... 15 M4
Just dived into the BMW world....Always been a GM guy, but this car really jumped at me and I got a good price. Besides, the wife loves it.
2015 Austin Yellow Metallic BMW M4, Runs great and makes a little over 500whp on its current stage 1 BPM tune. Has several tasteful Mods done. Car has been Ceramic coated including the Forged BBS wheels, Forged staggered 19” BBS c1-r wheels wrapped in Michelin pilot Super sports, AWE Track edition exhaust with resonated mid-pipe. He also included a non resonated mid pipe if I wanted it louder, VRSF intakes, BPM stage 1 tune, Msport wheel with alcantara and matching yellow buttons, full vorsteiner carbon aero kit. H&R lowering springs. Carbon accented interior pieces, vantage cover gasket, new plugs and fluids. Here is my initial question: This thing is pretty loud. Not obnoxiously loud but loud enough that I think I need to do something. Suggestions? The previous owner mentioned something about a new kit that baffles the exhaust like on a new corvette? https://hosting.photobucket.com/imag...080&fit=bounds |

Congratulations and welcome! The car looks great.
I believe your track edition exhaust does not have a muffler. You should be able to swap it out for a valved system that would allow you to select whether to direct the flow through a muffler or not. There are tons of options. |
