so I have to echo your comments...albeit with a twist - it seems like 10 years ago we were getting all the off-kilter shots - in other words let me turn my camera (cough cough phone) so my car is 45 degrees to the left (or right or whatever) - now it's the obligatory "soapy shot" - while the OP was good and only included one (thank you) - it just made me think about how many other posts have the: "this is my car all soapy shot" don't get it

OP: beautiful car - thanks for sharing

I own a manual with a Recaro SRD. My wife refuses to drive it. I'd put the passenger SRD back in, but i need it for my simulator...

Women complain about anything man. What's even more interesting is how someone would let their partner affect decisions on things they would want to buy. Unless homeboy doesn't work and let's the wife maintain him that's the only way I would understand that mentality.

I personally feel it's because BMW has been crucified so much for the new paint process ..

I seriously feel like they are avoiding solid colors as much as possible... or.. if the color is a solid color.. it's FROZEN.

They are overcompensating with metallic ... particularly on light or Bright colors..

Sakhir Orange
Sunset Orange
Valencia Orange
Austin Yellow
LBB
Hockenheim Silver
Sonic Speed blue

@@M3_WC any opinion here?

etc..

bright solid colors like Dakar or Atacama yellow, Fire Orange, HellRot, Imola Red, and even strong colors like Boston Green have been shelved..

+1. and even if I was a home maker and she was the breadwinner.. I would still want to be married to someone that wanted ME to be happy with my vehicle... Get the color.. transmission.. vehicle.. you want...

But guys with these selfish wives that want to control every aspect of all vehicles in the household ... there are the guys that run around saying " yes dear" .... anything for you .. if you are happy then I am happy..
