Otherwise the 1.11/2500 is an excellent combo. The 1.11 is very good all around and also has a good level of bite for cars that are not high grip (ie slicks, aero, etc). You also do not have to rebed the pads when swapping back & forth. The 2500 can generate a decent amount of dust though if that is negative for you.
No doubt, the 3.12 is the way to go with a stickier tire, love the bite and release

But no complaints with the PF Chang 13s
