Blindspot monitoring retrofit

Without getting into all the pros and cons, is it possible to retrofit Blindspot Monitoring to a car in which it was not factory equipped?

Sure it can be done. Not going to be cheap though.

It's lengthy but you'll have to go through and see what applies to you. I thought about doing this as it's the only option besides CCB that's missing from my F80. I feel like this would have been more useful than lane departure warning.
