Hello all, i can't speak for the service portion of it, but i can speak for the ease of purchasing and going over the details for it. troy@ Toyota of Greenfield was amazing.
Got a platinum fidelity for my 2018 m3 with 22k miles for what I'd say is a pretty good price.
