Bay Area shop for smog test

Hey fam, my 15 F80 is pretty soon due for smog and I want to ask anyone here experience how to pass smog with mods. I currently have just cattless DP and full Akrapovic exhaust.

1. Is replacing my stock DP back is the only option?
2. If I choose to go with BM3/MHD tune later on, should it be concern when it's time for smog?
3. Anyone know a (mod friendly $$$) shop in Bay Area for smog?
