Mine is listed because I changed jobs and no longer need a car. The M3CS was my daily and it was/is an awesome car.

I don't fully know but I've seen a few that want a premium in the form of cash because they negotiated a good monthly payment at purchase. Maybe the rationale was precisely that; they never intended to hold them long and saw a quick profit opportunity. That makes me suspicious in general.
But I'm sure there are some out there that genuinely need to sell for job/family or other reasons. |

Some people are trying to make $$. If you timed it right, you could've scored monthly lease payment under $800 with 0 DAS. Now they're swapping their leases and asking for 2-5k upfront.

It's really interesting and confusing/disappointing at the same time. Sometimes I feel like the only one who plans to keep mine (through the lease term)
I counted 10 CS leases on the first two pages of this forum. The crazy thing is people with 1000+ monthly payments wanting cash or offering no incentive.. they'll be sitting on them forever. My main theory is that people were lured to the CS when the insane lease deals were being offered (March-June of 2019) and decided to pick one up "for the hell of it" because at the time you could lease one for the price of a regular M3/4. They now either realize they cant quite afford the car, or dont want it. Im not saying this is the case for everyone.. but so many of them say "I just dont drive it anymore"... you didn't think of that when you bought it? |

Personally, my intent was to keep mine for a while, perhaps buy it out.
Since then, I decided to relocate to other part of the country and it made sense to trim down the fleet to make it easier. I will miss it dearly and likely will regret it. VIN #00002... |

Don't know why others want to get out of their lease, but in my case it's wife-related. I leased the car thinking she'd enjoy driving it, but she doesn't like the ride quality. It's certainly not too stiff for me, but I've daily driven GTRs so perhaps I'm not normal...

I will keep mine through the duration of the lease, especially considering I have lowered it, spacers, tint, reflectors, downpipes, tune, and soon to be full e85 lol. It's a great daily and you can't go wrong.

Seriously!!! 😂😂
I think we need to open up a separate sub-forum for M3 CS classifieds. God hates them! If they came in a manual transmission I suspect they would have been much easier to move. |

I’ve had mine a year now and it’s the best car I’ve had by a country mile! No plans to change for anything in the near future and I don’t like the way BMW’s design language is nowadays!
Went into BMW for a casual look last weekend and was extremely proud to walk back to my CS.

The lure of 6MT was too strong, would've loved to snag a CS otherwise.
